PROFESSIONAL

Scottish born Graeme Armour (from the east end of Glasgow) is a British Designer known for his sporty, bohemian, noir aesthetic. He is the winner of Young Scottish Designer of the year in association with Vogue.com & studied on the renowned Masters course at Central Saint Martins under Professor Louise Wilson.

Armour set up his eponymous label (GRAEME ARMOUR) in 2008 and after a few seasons in London found himself showing in New York as Part of Milk x Mac where he worked with stylist Alastair Mckimm on creative outreach. The collections were sold internationally in luxury boutiques including Opening Ceremony (US), Colette (Paris) and I.T (Hong Kong) and seen in some of the world’s leading magazines including French Vogue, Italian Vogue, W, Interview Magazine, I.D, and The Last Magazine. 
Collaborations/Collaborators include: Aldo, Ykk Zips, Superfertile, Swarosvski, Mac Cosmetics, Milk Studios, Berger Wild, & The Establishment Casting.

He has worked with Isabel Marant, Adidas x Rita Ora, & Alexander McQueen.

CREATIVE

In 2018 ARMOUR followed his love of movement, dance & physical theatre & enrolled onto the Masters in Theatre Lab at RADA.  Devising, directing and writing soon followed enabling his minimal poetic vision to continue. 

“The first fashion show i worked on as an intern was the Alexander McQueen X Michael Clarke’s renowned Deliverance collaboration inspired by Sydney Pollock’s (They shoot horses, don’t they). I feel i’ve come full circle in my love of both creative mediums”

He has written 2 plays, 1 sitcom, 1 musical sitcom (incl songs) & 1 short play written as an art installation all inspired by socially related issues. 
A multidisciplinary creative with people at the heart of his work.
